Heya, welcome to my corner 🦄 of the internet!

A quick intro — I'm Charles, a Senior Experience Designer currently at ANZ 🏦. I've also worked at some well-known companies in New Zealand, including Air New Zealand ✈️ and Sharesies 🍍.

I love collaborating 👬 with teams and researching users feedback 🗣️, but what I love most is uncovering why businesses succeed — and finding that sweet spot between great UX and a scalable business.

I've previously taken part in the Rare with Google Programme. I've also won bronze and been a finalist at the New Zealand Best Design Awards.
