How to analyze your Apple Health data (3 steps)
Export your data — Open the Health app on your iPhone, tap your profile picture, and choose "Export All Health Data." This creates a zip file with your health records.
Send it to your Mac — Use AirDrop, iCloud Drive, or email to transfer the exported zip file from your iPhone to your Mac.
Analyze it with AI — Unzip the file and feed the data (it's mostly XML) to an AI tool to find patterns, trends, or summaries.
Turning the data into visuals
I upload the exported health data to Claude Code, then use an MCP connection to link Figma with Claude — so Claude can generate multiple data visualizations directly in Figma.
